Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services provided by Summit Creative Consulting LLC. Every engagement is scoped in writing before work begins, so you know the price and what's included.

Fixed-fee projects

• Deposits reserve time on our schedule and are non-refundable once work has begun.
• You may cancel a project at any time by written notice. You are responsible for work completed up to the cancellation date, billed against the agreed fee.
• If we have been paid for work not yet performed, we will refund that unearned amount.
• Payments for completed and delivered work are non-refundable.

Monthly retainers

• Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
• You may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Service and billing continue through the notice period.
• We do not offer refunds or prorated credits for partial months or unused hours.

Third-party costs

Costs paid to third parties on your behalf, such as software, domains, hosting, stock media or advertising spend, are non-refundable.

If something isn't right

If you're unhappy with a deliverable, tell us within 14 days of delivery. We'll work with you to make it right through revisions within the agreed scope.

How to request a refund or cancel

Email matt@lifebelowparallel.com with your name, the project or retainer, and your request. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.

Billing disputes

If you have a question or concern about a charge, please contact us first before disputing it with your bank or card issuer. Email matt@lifebelowparallel.com or call (720) 590-7951 with your name, the charge date and amount, and what you'd like resolved. We respond within 2 business days and work with you in good faith to resolve it.

Customer service
