These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any services provided by Summit Creative Consulting LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("we," "us"). By using our site or engaging our services you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide marketing consulting and strategy, marketing services, web design and development, app and custom software development, and video production. The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each engagement are set out in a written proposal, statement of work or invoice ("Agreement"). If an Agreement conflicts with these terms, the Agreement controls.

Fees and payment

Fixed-fee projects are billed as stated in the Agreement, usually with a deposit before work begins. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Late payments may pause work until the account is current.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and the content, access and approvals needed to complete the work. Delays caused by missing inputs may affect timelines.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, except for third-party materials, licensed software and our pre-existing tools, which are licensed to you for use with the deliverables. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Third-party services

Our work may rely on third-party platforms such as hosting, payment and software providers. We are not responsible for their outages, changes or policies.

Warranties and liability

We perform our services in a professional manner but do not guarantee specific business results. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law rules.

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
